• Account security: when you sign in on a new device, you'll now confirm by email — only one device stays signed in at a time, so an old phone you've stopped using can't quietly stay logged in.
• Backups cover every photo: vaccinations, vet visits, grooming, place visits, trips, and pet profile photos. When you restore, pick which categories to bring back.
• Biscuit is sharper: she now uses your pet's weight history when triaging symptoms (a recent drop changes the picture), walks you through self-checks before suggesting a vet visit, and handles the chat keyboard more cleanly.
