The Nokē Pro app is for commercial users only and requires a special setup process. If you purchased a Nokē lock as a consumer, please use the standard Nokē app. The Nokē Pro app works in tandem with with the Nokē Pro web portal to grant access, modify access schedules, and track usage for a large number of locks and users.
