See your status at a glance:
- Total appears as the main number on the dashboard.
- Health states show as Healthy, Stale, Unverified Changes, or Not Backed Up Yet.
- A plain note explains the current state, such as when the last backup was saved or how many changed since then.
- If access is off, a banner lets you allow access or jump to Settings.

What you can do:
- Back Up Now saves a fresh copy after a review screen.
- Restore opens a preview from any saved backup in History.
- Manage gives quick access to History, Settings, and device transfer.
- Tools include Merge Duplicates, Wireless Transfer, and export options.

How it works:
- Tap Back Up Now to scan your and open a change preview.
- The preview groups items as new, changed, removed, or merged with color-coded chips.
- Tap any row to expand field-by-field changes for details like updated phone numbers.
- If contact photos differ, pick Keep current, Use incoming, or Keep both.
- Use Confirm Backup, Confirm Restore, or Add to My so you always know what you are approving.
- If nothing changed, you will see You’re already up to date.

Backup and restore:
- Save backups to iCloud Drive or any location you choose in Files.
- Keep a visible history with time, destination, contact count, and change totals compared with the previous backup.
- Free keeps the last 3 records. Pro keeps the last 30.
- Open any history row to preview a restore before are added, updated, or replaced.
- You can also restore from a saved contact card file you pick from Files.

Duplicate cleanup:
- Scan for likely duplicate pairs and review each suggested merge before it happens.
- Each pair includes a plain-language reason, such as matching email or address details.
- When two photos collide, choose which one stays.
- Free includes 5 merge previews per week. Pro removes the limit.

Wireless transfer:
- Move directly between two iPhones on the same local Wi-Fi.
- Open the Devices screen on both phones and tap each other’s pairing code.
- The receiving phone gets a full named preview before any contact is added.
- Free includes 2 transfers per day. Pro removes the limit.

Extra Pro options:
- Add a personal passphrase to protected backups and enter it again when you restore.
- Export as a spreadsheet-friendly table.
- Run spam contact cleanup review for suspicious unnamed numbers and recent-add patterns.
- Choose approximately daily, approximately weekly, or approximately monthly scheduled backups. Every scheduled run still waits for your review on next open.

Helpful iPhone features:
- Ask for Back Up, Show Backup Health, Restore Latest Backup, or Find Duplicate from Shortcuts and Siri.
- Add a Home Screen or Lock Screen widget to see contact count, health state, and last-backup time.
- Use the medium Home Screen widget or Control Center control to start Back Up Now.
- Watch backup, restore, and merge progress on the Lock Screen with live updates.

Settings you can change:
- Theme: Match system, Light, or Dark.
- Haptic feedback: on or off.
- Notify when sync completes: on or off.
- Contact card version: choose 3.0 or 4.0.
- Dashboard tailored for: Upgrading my phone, Transferring to a friend, Cleaning duplicates, or Routine backups.
