NHSC E-Z Mortgage will make it quick and easy for you to get real numbers for how much home a buyer can afford, monthly mortgage payments, cost of waiting interest rate increase losses and more!
• “Pay E-Z” – Starting from the monthly investment (Payment), show how much home a buyer
could purchase, utilizing the interest rate, length of loan (amortization) and down payment
inputted by user.
• “Mortgage E-Z” – starting from the price of the house (total Investment), show the monthly
payment utilizing the interest rate, length of loan (amortization) and down payment inputted by
user.
• Both “Pay E-Z” and “Mortgage E-Z” have “Simple” and “Advanced” options. The
“Advanced” option include Taxes, Insurance, HOA etc.
• “Cost of Waiting” shows the difference of 30 years of payments shown as one lump sum,
with a manually entered loan amount interest rate, mortgage amount, interest rate, and length
of loan for a home at today’s interest rate and then calculated at a higher rate.
• Reduce to Daily- Show clients the small daily difference of the gap amount that they want to negotiate.
