New in this update: Progress Photos are now in Measurements, with guided front, side, and back shots, better alignment, clean comparison crops, and easy sharing. You can also hide old exercise performances from history, see 1RM target ranges during workouts, and drag and drop exercises from the top workout selector to reorder them without losing your place. We also made recovery widgets update more reliably, improved workout detail updates after superset changes, made strength charts easier to read at higher weights, and shortened AI coach messages.
