THE 3-WEEK CYCLE

What's new (v3.0.2)
Fixed a bug where the workout duration slider didn't actually change
the workout length. Selecting 30 minutes now generates a shorter
workout (~3 exercises), 60 minutes generates a standard workout
(~6 exercises), and 90 minutes generates a longer workout (up to 10
exercises). Slot count scales properly across all three week phases.
