After you submit payment via the app, we will immediately text you an estimated time of the consultation. The app will also display the estimated wait time. At the time of the consultation, our medical provider will text you a link to start a video conference. We will also call you at the provided number if there is a connectivity problem.
At the conclusion of the visit, you will have access to your medical records, and notes via the app. Prescriptions, if needed will be transmitted directly to the pharmacy of your choice. We will also text you to let you know the prescriptions have been sent.
