We added a brand new Training Plan setup experience.
You can now choose from Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced categories, with many new exercises added.
You can build your plan by assigning exercises per day, or randomize from selected exercises.
We also introduced premium Special categories: Kettlebell, Dumbbell, and Resistance Band.
In-app purchases are now supported to unlock premium categories.
This update also includes fixes and improvements to category and randomization selection.
