Carelink Mobile Provider App

This is the mobile provider app that is used with Carelink Mobile Practice Manager software. You must be a registered user of the Carelink Mobile Practice Manager software. Your logon username and password will be given to you by your account system administrator. Users cannot create an account through the application.
