The ActivEngage iPhone application works with existing ActivEngage customers only.
The ActivEngage iPhone application lets you chat with visitors on your website directly from your iPhone. You can also save vital customer information directly to your CRM for followup after the chat is over.
During the chat, you will see what the visitor is typing before they even send the message. Allowing for you to respond even quicker. Also phone numbers and email addresses will be automatically captured, saving you the time of having to copy and paste. Our app also gives you key insights into the visitors reason for chatting, by showing the page the chat started from, the referring site/page, keywords from any search, and even browser/os information.
