Free Lingo is a vocabulary learning app built to help you actually retain what you study. Whether you’re learning English, Chinese, Japanese, or Spanish, it gives you a clearer path from first exposure to long-term memory, so studying words feels more structured, less random, and easier to stick with over time.
A lot of vocabulary apps help you start, but not many help you keep going. Free Lingo is designed around the full learning cycle: learn new words, review them at the right time, check what you remember, and keep reinforcing them until they stay with you. After you study, the app automatically builds an 8-step review plan and helps surface the next best action, so you are not left wondering whether you should learn something new or review what you already studied.
It is also built for learners who want more control over what they study. You can create your own vocabulary lists, import words from text, files, and images, review what was extracted, remove what you do not need, filter duplicates, and either start a new plan or add words to an existing one. The learning experience goes beyond simple flashcard repetition.
