What's new in this update:
- The Hub screen was simplified by removing the manual Health data refresh button.
- Support was added for extra weight in bodyweight exercises, with more accurate volume calculation.
- Previous results in workout editing were improved to make recent sessions easier to compare.
- An option was added to turn off the timer end sound.
- Personal records were added to the exercise screen, including your best weight and reps at that weight.
