Bug fixes and stability improvements:
- Tapping an agent notification from email or push no longer shows a "Something went wrong" error in some cases — you'll now land directly in your agent chat.
- Personal Iris notifications now open your main Iris chat instead of attempting to load a separate agent screen.
- Create Agent: the project picker is no longer a dead-end for new users — you can now create an agent without first creating a project, or add a new project inline.
- Smaller chat fixes: better link previews, cleaner Activity feed labels, and intra-team agent-to-agent messages now appear in a collapsible block instead of cluttering the conversation.
