This update introduces an enhanced provider experience with improved access to patient reports, expanded search capabilities, sample-received notifications, and direct access to customer support.
What’s New:
• New Requisitions-First experience replaces the Patients list, surfacing more sample details for easier browsing and faster report access
• Enhanced search by patient name, doctor name, NPI, and organization
• Push notifications when samples are received at the lab for improved visibility
• Contact Customer Service directly from the app via phone or email
