Savage Strong is a gym log / workout tracker developed by Robert Sikes (Keto Savage) for weightlifting, bodybuilding and strength training. It has a simple interface which makes tracking workouts easy and sustainable. It allows you to track your progress overtime so that implementing progressive overload and seeing continual improvement is manageable.
