Smarter Booking Questions
When your travel request is vague, Otto now surfaces a docked question panel right in the chat — answer a few quick questions and Otto immediately plans your trip. No more back-and-forth messages.
Codeshare Clarity on Flight Cards
Flight cards now show an "Operated by [airline]" chip when your ticket is marketed by one airline but operated by another (e.g., Air China ticket, United-operated flight). No more surprises at the gate.
Travel Advisor Queue Position
When waiting for a human travel advisor, you now see your exact queue position and estimated wait time (e.g., "In queue · #2 · ~5 min") in the relay banner.
Cancellation Warnings for Budget Airlines
Otto now proactively warns you when booking Spirit, Frontier, Allegiant, Avelo, or Breeze flights departing within 7 days — these airlines provide no refund, only airline credit (per DOT regulation). The warning appears before you confirm.

- iOS push toggle now accurately reflects whether iOS has actually granted notification permission (not just your in-app preference)
- Thinking panel is collapsed by default with a "Thinking…" shimmer animation; expands on tap if you want to see Otto's reasoning
- Chat input is correctly disabled while Otto is searching for flights or hotels — prevents stale messages from causing booking errors
- Human travel advisor relay banner now shows "Connected to Travel Advisor · Direct Travel" instead of exposing the advisor's real name
