Earn points from every workout based on duration and intensity. Performing a variety of workout types — strength, cardio, flexibility — earns you bonus points. Stay consistent with daily activity for even more. Choose from multiple challenge tiers to match your fitness level.

RUCKING, WEIGHTED VEST & SPECIALTY WORKOUTS
FitHalo is the go-to tracker for rucking and loaded carry exercises. Track rucks, weighted vest walks, stroller walks and runs, sauna sessions, and cold plunges. These workouts are tracked without negatively affecting your Cardio Fitness score in Apple Health.

BLUETOOTH FITNESS EQUIPMENT
Connect directly to your exercise bikes, treadmills, rowing machines, walking pads, and other equipment that supports the Fitness Machine Service (FTMS) protocol. See real-time data from your equipment during workouts. Control treadmill speed, incline, and start/pause directly from FitHalo.

STRAVA INTEGRATION
Connect your Strava account to automatically sync workouts between FitHalo and Strava.

APPLE WATCH & WIDGETS
FitHalo's watchOS app offers fully customizable workout displays and complications to keep track of your challenge score at a glance. iOS home screen widgets, lock screen widgets, and Live Activities keep you informed during and between workouts. Set a daily step count goal and track it with dedicated step count widgets on both iOS and watchOS.

• Added a new list style to the workout selection picker on iOS.
• Added swipe actions to the workout type options list that allow quick access to Favorite and Hide.
• Fixed rounding difference live workout distance displayed and when split alerts were displayed.
• Fixed split distance updates not saving.
• Fixed outdoor cycling and rowing workouts not tracking routes.
• Made some workout-specific settings (ruck weight, sauna temperature, etc.) synced between the Apple Watch and the iPhone.
• Improved fetching current weather when the request fails due to a network connection error.
• Improvements to ensure workout type settings get preserved in future versions of FitHalo.
