PARCA is an app designed to help Justice-Involved Individuals successfully reenter the community after incarceration. With this app, the user can set and track goals and tasks that will help them along their reentry journey. The user can also search for and access different resources in their community like substance use disorder treatment, housing services, employment opportunities, and much more.
