New Features:
- Two Schedule Quick-Access cards on the dashboard let Case Managers view up to two staff or client schedules side-by-side without leaving the page.
Admins can now bulk approve or reject timesheets — long-press any timesheet tile to enter selection mode, pick multiple entries, and confirm via the action bar or right-click menu (web).
- AI-powered Form Summary Chat lets Angie summarize form logs and answer questions about them directly in the client profile.
- When a client has multiple Direct Support staff, the Send Reminder button now opens a picker so the Case Manager can choose which staff to notify.
- Mileage approval system with configurable caps per entity is now available.
- The User Membership page (admin) now supports infinite scroll, server-side search, role-color chips, sortable columns, and per-row Edit/Delete actions — all updated in real time via WebSocket.
Improvements
- Schedule and attendance data now stays in sync automatically — hour totals split correctly across midnight and period boundaries, cross-midnight shifts appear on every day they overlap, and attendance updates in real time across the dashboard and list after any clock-in, service log, or T-Log change.
- Case Managers acting as Direct Support now appear in every staff picker (timesheets, mileage, service logs, assignments, to-dos, activity creation), and all lists refresh automatically when the entity context changes — search and pagination preserved.
- General usability polish: document taps open files directly, form dates are preserved in drafts and visible on details and PDFs, chat messages are selectable and copyable, and text fields have consistent styling and spacing throughout the app.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed several schedule and timesheet issues: editing or deleting a timesheet now immediately reflects in all views without a refresh; a blank/green screen no longer appears when editing an assignment from within a timesheet; recurring assignment deletion no longer retains the wrong occurrence; and a new Weekly Schedule appears instantly after creation.
- Fixed multiple form and notification issues: form logs in the client profile are restored to chronological order (no longer grouped by reporter); the Notifications page no longer crashes when opening a punched timesheet notification with recurring dates; and backdate-related form bugs are resolved.
- Fixed miscellaneous app issues: staff avatars no longer crash on names with consecutive spaces; the mileage filter clear button and approve/reject actions now work consistently; the month view calendar filter icon is visible on mobile; the attendance count on the dashboard and list now always agree; and the billing report correctly shows data for test clients in production.
