Description
The inspiration comes from my own needs. When the baby is born, he is very noisy at night. He will stop crying when he sees the light at night. Then preset a soft light off and turn on the countdown. Because after the baby falls asleep, the parents may also fall asleep and forget to turn off the screen. With the countdown function, it is very convenient to save power.

What's new (v2.1.0)
Version 1.1 — Refresh & polish
A complete visual rebuild from the ground up.
What's new
• Rounded system type, hairline borders, and a unified accent green — the whole app feels lighter and more focused
• Color presets show selection with a soft contrast ring instead of a heavy black border
• The countdown badge is now a clean white pill with a clock icon
• Sleep timer chips redesigned: white with a clock glyph, clearly distinct from color cards
• Top-of-screen status now adapts automatically to your chosen color (light or dark)
• Brightness restores to your previous level the moment you leave the app — no more "why is my phone so dim"
Accessibility
• Full VoiceOver labels on every control
• Brightness slider behaves as an "adjustable" element
• Reduce Motion is respected throughout
Quality
• Localization rewritten with proper format placeholders — sentences in German, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, and Portuguese now read naturally
• iPad: settings sidebar properly clamped to a comfortable width
• Memory leak in the countdown timer fixed
• Many small papercut fixes
