HUNGER AND FULLNESS DIARY

After every meal or spontaneous snack, you answer 2 or 3 quick questions:
- How hungry were you before you started?
- Did you feel satisfied at the end?
- What prompted you to eat: physical hunger, stress, boredom, habit, or just "it's lunchtime"?

A few seconds turn an automatic meal into a moment of mindful observation. The app collects your answers and shows a live picture of your eating habits: number of mindful meals, real reasons you reach for food, episodes of overeating and eating without hunger, and your progress over the weeks.

WORKING WITH BINGES AND EMOTIONAL EATING

Binges don't happen because of weak willpower. They happen because of unprocessed emotions like anxiety, exhaustion, loneliness, and boredom. Treatwise helps you notice these triggers before they end in another evening of "screw it, I'll start over Monday." In the Notes section you can record the thoughts, feelings, and circumstances around each episode, and over time you start to see your patterns clearly.
