Pilgrimz Social Audio Guide

by Pilgrimz

v260602 96 MB Universal 4+

Description

Walk freely. Let the city talk.

Pilgrimz triggers audio stories automatically as you approach points of interest. Phone in your pocket, no planning, no tapping. Just walk and discover.

But Pilgrimz is more than an audio guide. It is the first social network built entirely around cultural travel. Every walk becomes a story. Every story becomes a memory. Every memory inspires someone else to go.

As you explore, Pilgrimz automatically builds your travel diary. Streets, monuments, hidden gems, all saved without lifting a finger. A journal that writes itself.

Then share it. Let your friends see where you went, what you discovered, what moved you. Follow other travelers. Get inspired by their journeys. Plan your next adventure from real experiences, not tourist brochures.

Available in 525 cities across 37 countries, in 9 languages.

Join thousands of travelers already exploring the world differently.

What's new (v260602)

A redesigned welcome experience
The whole onboarding has been rebuilt. A new introduction carousel, profile photo picker, live nickname check, friendlier copy, and a beautiful map that shows where Pilgrimz travellers are exploring around the world. Dark mode looks great everywhere.

A richer audio screen
Tap any point of interest and you now get a full photo gallery alongside the narration and the video — everything in one place, no awkward switching.

Smoother maps
Thinner, solid route lines, clear direction arrows, and a draw-on animation when you share a tour map. Your walking trail is smoothed in real time so the line on screen follows the road, not GPS noise. Points of interest always sit on top so nothing is hidden.

Lock Screen Live Activity (iPhone)
While a tour is in progress you will see Pilgrimz right on your Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, updated as you walk.

Better offline
Profile, “Download Area” and the country picker all work offline. Tours that span more than one city no longer stop when you cross a boundary. The downloaded-cities list uses the new offline format.

Smarter battery use
Location is now requested only while the app is in use. Pilgrimz uses less battery and asks for fewer permissions.

Plus dozens of fixes
Sign-in redirect after creating an account or resetting your password, dark-mode polish across feedback and onboarding screens, default Pilgrimz logo for points of interest without a photo, missing translations completed in six languages, and several rare crashes resolved.

Thank you for walking with us.
