With PASS App, paratransit passengers can use their mobile phone or tablet to book, cancel or confirm trips online and see when their vehicle is on the way. They can also review and edit personal information and utilize advanced location services.
A user profile already exists on the agency’s system (PASS backend). To access the account, the rider simply logs in using your existing Client ID and password.
There are no paid services associated with the account. Clients simply use the application to book, view, or cancel their trips. Since a user profile already exists in the PASS platform, clients can log in using their existing Client ID and password.
