Tony Beef is owned and operated by a pair of brothers, Nick and Anthony Della Vecchia. Since they were kids, it was always their dream to open a restaurant together. Anthony (left), a graduate of Atlantic Cape Community College Academy of Culinary Arts, with an extensive background in culinary arts and a well renowned chef in Atlantic County, is the head chef. Nick (right), a graduate of La Salle University with a major in accounting and finance, does the accounting, marketing, and managing of the restaurant.
