Mawred Application

The official Employee Self-Service application operated under the supervision of the Ministry of Labour in the Sultanate of Oman.

This platform provides secure and centralized digital services for employees across all government ministries and public entities in Oman.

The application enables authorized government employees to:

• View payroll information
• Access employment details
• Monitor request status in real time
• Receive official notifications and updates

The platform is designed to enhance digital transformation within the government sector and improve efficiency, transparency, and accessibility of employee services.

The launch of the Mawred application is part of the Ministry of Labour’s efforts to implement digital transformation projects and leverage the growing popularity of mobile applications. These apps offer advantages such as portability, widespread use, broader coverage, and faster information flow. As a result, employees will be able to access services through the self-service features for both employees and direct supervisors in government administrative units—anytime and from anywhere.
