Kinemo input controllers enable individuals with mobility challenges to control technology using hands-free body movements. With the Kinemo app, you can configure your Kinemo product to control Bluetooth-enabled devices and adaptive equipment to match your alternative control needs.
The app currently supports the Kinemo One, a wearable switch that detects body motion and translates it into inputs like clicks and keystrokes. It works alongside head mice, can be used with switch control, and can emulate a physical button for adaptive devices such as eye gaze, attendant call systems, among many others.
Use the companion app to configure the following parameters on your Kinemo One:
- Configure gesture detection sensitivities and timings.
- Set actions for up to three Bluetooth devices and the 3.5mm jack. One body part can produce three independent actions: single, double, and triple gestures.
- For control of Bluetooth devices, available actions include any left, middle, or right mouse click, finger tap, and any keyboard letter, number, or special keys such as enter and space.
- For control of adaptive equipment, available actions include short and long switches with configurable timing.
