Tokenized Energy issues digital security tokens in an SEC-compliant manner using the Base blockchain. The security tokens represent equity interests in special purpose vehicles which own real underlying oil & gas assets. The investor’s digital tokens, and any future distributions (which are made in USDC stablecoins) are issued directly to the investor’s digital wallet.
