Transform your workouts into an exciting experience with Iron Pulse Fitness. Train with our workouts, challenge your friends, and track your progress — all from the comfort of your home. Our app is designed so that you can work out anytime and anywhere.
By downloading our app you will be able to:
1. Log in to the system using your Apple ID account – you don’t need to worry about passwords or emails, the system will automatically authorize and recognize you after login and display the main information available from your Apple account.
2. Set your own daily goals and track their achievement:
- exercises,
- steps,
- calories burned.
You will also have access to a statistics chart where you can see your progress over a day, week, month, and even collect data over several years.
Thanks to the synchronization of the app with Apple Health, you will be able to receive information from MyFitnessPal about achieving your nutrition goals: proteins, fats, carbohydrates. This synchronization will also help you receive information about your physical activity and completed exercises, as well as import the following indicators: Active Energy, Resting Energy, Steps, Weight, Height, Workout details, VO₂ Max, Cardio Fitness, Date of Birth, Gender, Protein, Carbohydrate, and Fat intake.
3. Create your own private challenges and share them with friends, or join existing public challenges. All private challenges are available only to their participants, and you can invite friends through a convenient link. Join public challenges that are open to everyone in search and find the challenge that motivates you the most. Find your community of like-minded people and reach your goals together in a group format, track your position on the leaderboard, or move towards your goal individually, achieving progress on your own.
You can create no more than three active challenges, each with a maximum duration of 30 days.
4. Train with Iron Pulse. In our app you will find videos for different categories and with different subscription types. In each of our videos, you can see a list of equipment you will need for the workout as well as a detailed workout description. Easily search for videos in the list. Start workouts easily by launching the video and starting the workout not only on your phone but also on your Apple Watch.
Thanks to the synchronization of the mobile app with Apple Watch, you can easily control your workout on the watch, track your progress and your activity, and see the following parameters: calories burned, heart rate zone, workout time in the app. These parameters are also available on your phone during the workout.
After completing a workout, analyze your achievements with workout summaries and view the history of all your workouts and your progress for each of them.
Don’t be afraid to start workouts if you don’t have a watch – our system will calculate exercise metrics and calories burned based on your gender, age, and weight and provide average values for these indicators.
5. Manage your subscriptions directly in the app. Iron Pulse Fitness offers Free, Basic, and Pro plans, each unlocking different workout content. The Free plan is activated automatically after you sign in.
You can upgrade or manage your plan anytime from your profile, when choosing a paid workout, or in your Apple ID settings. Paid subscriptions are billed to your iTunes account once confirmed. Choose a monthly or yearly plan, and enjoy a 2-month free trial with the yearly Pro plan. After the trial, payments renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal. Canceling returns you to the Free plan with its available features.
