One Tap Go

One Tap Ride is a thoughtfully designed companion app to help seniors stay confident and organized when going out.

Caregivers can preconfigure commonly visited places (like clinics or grocery stores) and assign checklists of items to bring — such as medications, insurance cards, or IDs. The app shows transit options and remind seniors of what to bring when visiting places. Seniors can view available transport options at one glance and send a pre-filled message to their caregiver when they need help. When Lyft or Uber is pre-installed (not required), the app enables one-tap ride requests for seniors to use ride share services.

The app is split into a streamlined, large-font view for seniors, and a separate admin view for caregivers to manage routes and reminders. All information is stored locally on the device for privacy and ease of use.
