Log your weight and body fat to see weekly and monthly trend graphs. Apple Health and Health Connect sync, so data from other apps and smart scales flows in automatically. Ask the coach how close you are to your goal and you'll get a real read.

Roxie asks about your goal, current stats, training experience, injury history, weekly schedule, equipment at home, and sleep — in conversation, not a checklist. The first plan should be one you can actually stick to, not one that burns you out by week three.
