Conditions of Loan Agreement

1. Interest
Interest shall be payable on the loan or the unpaid portion thereof. Interest is calculated based on the actual number of calendar days from the date the loan amount is made available to the Borrower, on the basis of a 365-day year. Total may revise and adjust the interest at any time. Interest adjustments may result, for example, from changes in the Borrower's risk profile, market conditions, or the implementation of new laws and regulations.

2. Penalty for Late Payment

In case of late payment of a monthly installment, the Borrower shall owe a penalty of Afl. 35.00 (Thirty-five Aruban Florins) for each month that payment is overdue.

If Total proceeds with collection measures, the Borrower shall bear all related costs, including collection letters, legal costs, and enforcement costs.
Total reserves the right to claim actual extrajudicial collection costs in accordance with applicable law.

3. Loan Information and Payment Schedule
Total offers different credit products, including personal loans and vehicle loans. The final loan conditions are determined based on an individual credit assessment and the terms of the Loan Agreement.

Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 18% – 27%

Vehicle Loans
Loan Amount: AWG 20,000 – AWG 55,000
Loan Term: 12 – 60 months
Annual Percentage Rate (APR): 9% – 14%

Payment Schedule
Loan repayment is made through monthly payments.
Payments must be made no later than the 1st day of each calendar month, with the first payment due on the 1st day of the month following loan disbursement, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments will continue monthly until the outstanding balance of the loan, including accrued interest and applicable costs, is fully repaid. The final payment shall consist of the remaining outstanding balance at that time.

4. Additional Disclosures
- The maximum Annual Percentage Rate (APR), including applicable fees and costs, will not exceed 27%.

- Total does not offer loans that require full repayment of the loan within 60 days or less.

- Loan calculations or payment simulations provided through a calculator or application are estimates only and may differ from the final loan terms.

- Loans may include additional costs such as administration fees, insurance premiums, or other contractually agreed charges. Any applicable costs are included in the calculation of the Annual Percentage Rate (APR).

- Borrowers should carefully consider their financial situation before entering into a loan agreement.
