Description

Play Health is a free, open-access perimenopause and menopause tracking app designed to help you understand your health during midlife. It's available to all women, with or without a connected healthcare provider.

If your clinician uses the Play Health software, your tracked data is automatically shared with their dashboard — giving them visibility into your patterns and changes between visits, so appointments can focus on decisions rather than recall.

**Track what matters**
Perimenopause and menopause bring gradual, overlapping changes that are hard to summarize in a short visit. Play Health gives you one place to log symptoms, medications, supplements, sleep, nutrition, hydration, activity, and more — building a clear, organized record over time.

**See your trends**
View how your symptoms, cycle, and lifestyle factors shift over time. The more you track, the clearer the picture.

**Build healthy habits**
Set editable goals and track daily habits like water intake, nutrition, and activity to see what interventions improve your experience.

**Connected to your clinician's dashboard** *(if applicable)*
If your clinician uses Play Health, what you track is securely reported to their dashboard ahead of your visit — so they arrive informed, and you spend less time explaining and more time deciding.

**Privacy and control**
Your health data is securely handled and shared with your healthcare provider's clinical dashboard only if they are an active Play Health clinician.

**Features**

- Track cycles and symptoms with severity
- Log medications and supplements as they change
- Capture sleep, nutrition, water intake, and activity
- Connect wearable devices like Oura, Garmin, Apple Health, and more
- Set goals and build daily health habits
- View trends over time across all tracked data
- Share data automatically with your clinician's dashboard (Play Health clinicians only)
