Description
Built for divers who'd rather check their numbers than guess at them.
Plan your decompression to the second before you leave the dock, then carry the kit onto the boat. Dive Kit runs completely offline. The display stays readable in direct sun, the controls suit cold, wet hands, and routine tasks take seconds. One app for recreational nitrox, technical trimix, and CCR.
DECO PLANNER (PREMIUM)
The heart of the app, and the one tool you pay for. It runs Bühlmann ZH-L16C with gradient factors (GF Lo/Hi) you set yourself. No black box — the numbers are yours to check.
- Open-circuit and closed-circuit (CCR): depth-keyed setpoint schedules (step the setpoint as you ascend), plus switching between multiple diluents during deco
- Full open-circuit bailout from any point in the dive
- Multi-level profiles with unlimited segments and gas switches
- Stop times to the second (MM'SS"), or rounded to the minute or 30 seconds — the table matches the engine exactly
- ppO2 limits set per gas by O2 fraction (lean, mid, and rich bands), so each gas switches in at the depth its ppO2 allows
- Oxygen breaks on long O2 stops
- Per-stop ppO2, CNS% and OTU, with gas density and consumption per cylinder
- Six contingency scenarios: deeper, longer, lost gas, buddy out-of-air
- Repetitive dives with tissue loading carried forward
- Every setting travels with the plan in its share link (QR code, deep link, or clipboard), so your buddy opens the same plan
- Export deco tables and printable slate images
- Compare plan variants side by side with graph overlays
FREE TOOLS
All free, no ads, nothing behind a sign-up.
- Best Mix / MOD: nitrox and trimix, helium chosen by equivalent narcotic depth (END), with an oxygen-narcotic toggle and density limits
- Gas Analyzer: equivalent air depth (EAD), ppO2, END and gas density, with color-coded warnings
- Gas Usage: multi-level consumption, rule of thirds or sixths
- Surface RMV (SRMV) / SAC: your real breathing rate from logged dive data, for doubles and sidemount
- Buoyancy & Weight: weighting for suit (type and thickness), body and gear, salt or fresh water, with advisories for wing lift, corking and overweighting, plus failure analysis
- Gas Blender: partial-pressure blending with real-gas corrections, plus a continuous constant-flow mode with expected analyzer readings
- Mix / Top-Up: temperature and altitude correction
- Unit Converter: metric and imperial
- Gas Tank Profiles: saved cylinders with one-tap Quick Fill; imperial cylinders show free-gas volume, and you can pick from common tanks

Built by a technical diver, shaped by ongoing discussions with divers at every level — recreational, technical trimix, rebreather, and instructors.
Dive Kit helps you plan and check your numbers. It doesn't replace proper training, a current certification, or your own judgment in the water. Always analyze your gas, dive within your limits, and plan conservatively.
PRICING
The Deco Planner is the only paid tool: a one-time lifetime purchase or a subscription. Every other tool is free.
From a quick MOD check to a staged trimix dive, Dive Kit is built to be right when it matters.

What's new (v2.8.1)
Dive Kit 2.8.0 is our biggest update yet, with major upgrades to decompression and rebreather planning, gas blending and buoyancy, plus a top-to-bottom polish of the whole app.
DECOMPRESSION & REBREATHER (CCR)
- Setpoint schedules: step your CCR setpoint as you ascend (for example 1.4 on the bottom, 1.6 at 6 m) and switch diluents during deco, the way rebreather divers actually run a dive.
- Per-level diluents: carry several diluents and choose one per level. Auto now picks the leanest diluent that keeps the loop comfortable and only steps up to helium when it needs to.
- Stops to the second: read each deco stop as MM'SS", or switch to whole-minute or 30-second rounding. What the table shows is exactly what the engine modelled.
- ppO2 limits by gas: set lean, mid and rich oxygen bands that decide when a gas switches in and how hard it runs, matching MultiDeco-style planning.
- Every deco setting is now per-plan and travels in your share link, so a buddy who opens your plan sees exactly what you see.
- CCR Defaults is now a full blueprint of your loop config, so a new plan starts exactly how you like it.
GAS BLENDING
- New Continuous Mode for constant-flow mixing: get the flow ratios and the in-line analyzer readings to expect, with a helium/oxygen injection-order helper.
- Automatic bleed calculation, rounded to a readable gauge step.
BUOYANCY
- A smarter weighting estimate built around your suit (neoprene type and thickness), body size and gear, with automatic salt/fresh conversion.
- Plain-language safety advisories: marginal wing lift, wetsuit corking risk and overweighting.
- Your setup is now remembered between sessions.
CYLINDERS & IMPERIAL UNITS
- Imperial divers: cylinders and gas presets now show free gas volume (an AL80 reads about 80 cu ft), and you can pick from a searchable list of common tanks.
- New search in the Cylinder Database.
POLISH ACROSS THE APP
- A refreshed, higher-contrast look with proper dark mode everywhere, built to stay readable in bright sun.
- Tap any result in the Gas Analyzer or RMV/SAC to learn what it means in plain language.
- Navigable tutorials with a table of contents, and clearer wording throughout.
- Better accessibility and bigger safety-critical numbers.
These are planning tools. Always analyze your gas, stay within your training, and dive conservatively.
