Three Counting Styles
1. Count by Seconds
Count one step per custom interval (for example, one count every 5 seconds).
Perfect when you want clear, steady timing.
2. Rhythm Count
Speak every second within one count and repeat the rhythm
(for example: “1, 2, 3, 4, 1, 2, 3, 4…”).
Ideal for keeping tempo, like dance or music practice.
3. Speak at Interval
The counter runs every second, but numbers are spoken only at specific intervals
(for example: “5, 10, 15…” every 5 seconds).
Great for time awareness without constant voice output.
