Walk through your home with your iPhone and HomeSpark creates a complete 3D digital twin, called HomeScan, of your property in 5 to 7 minutes per 1,000 sq ft. The model is generated entirely on your device and stays private by default — you choose whether to back it up to HomeSpark's secure cloud or keep it local.
Once your HomeScan is complete, inventory bubbles appear directly inside your 3D model — pinned to the exact location of each appliance, fixture, and fitting. Tap any bubble to pull up the full product record: model number, warranty, documents, purchase date, and Sparky's repair guidance for that specific item. Your home stops being a floor plan and becomes a living, searchable map of everything in it.
