• Your location, boat photo, and shared files are now sealed with Curve25519 + ChaCha20-Poly1305. Even we can't read them on the server.
• Auto-generated PINs (XXXX-XXXX) — no more picking a handle.
• Map updates buddy pins in place when their state changes.
• Trip start and end fire immediate pushes; idle-at-dock burns no bandwidth.
**MAP — NAMED SPOTS & FRESH BUOYS**
• 84 Lake Erie Western Basin spots seeded as cyan star pins under Fishing POIs — Sputnik, McDonalds, Toledo Light, Camp Perry range cans, every named reef and shoal.
• NDBC buoy + NOAA tide-station data refreshed (three-month-stale layers brought current). Six Old Woman Creek stations are on the map, including the newest one.
**ROUTES vs TRACKS**
• Chartplotter routes (RTE) now import alongside waypoints — were being silently dropped before.
