WHAT MOON CAN DO

Sleep Analysis
Shows deep, light, and REM sleep phases, interruptions, and rest efficiency. Helps you see the real causes of fatigue — even when you spend enough time in bed.

High-Precision Algorithm
Moon Sleep Score analyzes 6 key factors: duration, efficiency, continuity, sleep architecture, regularity, and bedtime. Our improved v4.1 algorithm syncs seamlessly across devices, making the score calculation process completely transparent.

Wake-Up Tasks
Complete a mission to dismiss the alarm — no more accidental snooze taps while half-asleep:
- Phone rotation: prove you got out of bed
- Math challenge: solve a problem to activate your brain
- Light detection: turn on a light
- Affirmations: read motivating phrases aloud
The alarm won't stop until you complete the task.

Wake Confirmation
Tap "I'm Awake" to confirm. Backup system: if you close the app before completing — the alarm will ring again.

Ask questions about your sleep and get personalized advice based on your data. The assistant sees your trends, sleep quality, and helps improve your rest. Now with Analysis Modes to tailor insights to your specific needs.

Morning Thoughts & Dream Analysis
Don't let your best ideas or vivid dreams fade away. Record them instantly with your voice after the alarm. Save them to the built-in journal or ask Moon AI to interpret your dreams and analyze your morning mindset.

Schedule Correction
If your routine is off track, Moon helps gently restore it by comparing your target wake time with the actual and gradually shifting it by 10–15 minutes.

Health Metrics

Sleep Profile
A personal profile is now available in settings: age, gender, height, weight, chronotype, and sleep goal. Data from Apple Health is pulled in automatically. Your profile helps the app provide more accurate recommendations and personalize analytics for you.
