Second: App Operation

The "Maak" app operates on an electronic system that connects the user, the distribution center, and the driver (delivery representative) as follows:

1. The user creates an account and specifies the type of order (domestic gas, industrial gas, or pre-filled diesel).

2. The order is sent to the central server, which distributes it according to the geographical area.

3. The nearest driver in the same area is assigned to collect the order from the distribution center and fulfill it.

4. The driver receives an order notification via their driver dashboard in the app, including the customer's information and address.

5. After fulfilling the order, the driver confirms the delivery via the app, and the order status is updated in the system.

6. The user can track the order status and receive instant notifications through the app until the process is complete.

These processes are managed through a central control panel within the app administration system to monitor orders and ensure adherence to security, accuracy, and speed standards.
