by Martin Bernd Schmeil

v1.4.1 88 MB Universal 17+

Description

in+out-O-mator is your personal diary for everything that matters — what you eat, how you feel, which medications you take, what you notice. Or whatever you want to keep track of. You define the parameters.

Set up in 5 minutes. No account required. This comprehensive base version is free and ad-free — and continuously being developed.

This app is not a medical application and does not provide medical advice or diagnoses. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making any medical decisions.

FLEXIBLE LOGGING
As simple or detailed as you like. Timestamp, parameter, value — done. Reminders and alerts make sure nothing gets forgotten.

NUTRITION
Over 7,000 German foods from the BLS database, plus over 3 million products via barcode scanner (Open Food Facts). Calories, macros and nutrients — calculated automatically. Recipes can be created directly in the app.

MEDICATIONS
Medication schedule, reminders, inventory management and direct search in the German drug database (BfArM). Never miss a dose again.

ANALYTICS
Trends, correlations, heatmaps, distributions, nutrition reports — spot patterns in your daily life at a glance.

DASHBOARD
Fully customizable. Choose which tiles and metrics you want to see.

APPLE HEALTH
Bidirectional integration — data flows both ways.

COMMUNITY
Download ready-made templates from other users and get started right away — or share your own parameter sets with the community.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
Everything stored locally, encrypted, fully usable offline. No cloud requirement, no ads — ever.
