• To access mobile app you need to generate the PIN code under your individual account on the web platform of PrimeZone Program
• Mobiel App might require updating your PIN code as part of internal security process to very your eligibility for being active user of PrimeZone Program
• In case our program identifies that mobile app under one account is being used via multiple mobile devices it will require to update the PIN code
• Within the framework of internal security policy company doesn’t comment on any feedback provided by the users with respect to PIN code settings
• 24/7 Concierge Service is at avail for all members of PrimeZone Program to consult and advise on any matters
