The DreamClear hardware is an FDA-cleared Class II medical device (510(k) K240646) authorized for use within the United States. This app and the associated medical services are intended for use only by residents of the United States, where regulatory clearance has been obtained.
TECHNICAL COMPATIBILITY & DEVICE REQUIREMENTS To ensure a reliable connection and accurate data transfer, the DreamClear app and sensor module require a Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) MTU size of 512. Many older Apple devices do not support this payload size, even if they are running iOS 13 or later.

To ensure your test functions correctly, please use a compatible device. The following devices are NOT supported due to hardware BLE limitations:
iPhone: All models older than iPhone 11
iPad: iPad (7th Generation) and older
iPad Air: iPad Air 2 and older
iPad mini: iPad mini 4 and older
iPad Pro: iPad Pro (10.5-inch) and older
The app will provide a compatibility message if it detects that your specific device hardware does not support the required MTU size.
