BUILT-IN CADENCE METRONOME
An adjustable metronome provides rhythmic cues to help you maintain a steady cadence. A higher cadence can reduce over-striding and lower impact on your knees and Achilles tendons.
YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS
All workout data is saved to your personal iCloud through Apple Health. We never collect or upload any personal information. Even if you uninstall Speedown, your complete workout history remains in Apple Fitness.
Speedown requires an Apple Watch to use.
