Five Lives Care is a self-guided evidence-based program combining cognitive training games and physical activity to support mental sharpness and autonomy in people living with memory difficulties.

The app is suitable for people with Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) and is undergoing research with leading memory centers in the United Kingdom and France.

What you’ll get:
- Daily simple 30-minute session

- Optional reminders to build a daily habit
- Optional educational guides and breathing exercises

How it works:
1. Complete daily physical activity (balance, stretching, or cardio)
2. Train with memory, mental agility, attention, or language games
3. Track your progress as your scores improve over time
