What's New in 2.2

New Muscle Recovery detail view — tap any muscle on the home screen to see a historical recovery chart across 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days, plus training stats like total sets, total volume, average gap between sessions, and time at full recovery. Redesigned the streak indicator in the toolbar as a circular flame gauge showing your weekly progress at a glance. Fixed the Muscles picker listing Obliques and Abductors twice — they now only appear under their parents (Abs and Glutes) instead of as duplicate standalone entries. Fixed the "full recovery" indicators (the bolt icon on the home screen and the Time at Full stat in the detail view) not lighting up when a muscle was at a rounded 100%.
