Bioluminescent Sightings

Bioluminescence on the ocean is one of the most beautiful natural events I have ever seen, and seeing requires being at the shoreline, at night. Often times, it goes missed. This app allows users to be notified when a Bioluminescence event is occurring near them, by allowing other users to report sightings of bioluminescence.
Users can vote on an event made by others - thumbs up if the event is true, and bioluminescence is actually occurring, and thumbs down if it was over quickly, false alarm, or something else.
There is a tutorial mode built into the app that allows users to learn the app, without actually making a report that others will see.
