• Localization across the app — notification bell + page (titles, timestamps, today/this week dividers) and the chat work in your language (English, Spanish, Simplified Chinese). Time and date formatting now respect your device language.
• Real tax shown on project price details when your address is on file — no more 'estimated' label when we already know your location.
• Paid inspection card now says 'Thorough on-site inspection to find the problem' — translated in EN/ES/ZH.
• Home tab projects card auto-refreshes when status changes, when the app returns to foreground, and when a push arrives.
• Chat: smoother scroll behavior on Android — tapping options no longer snaps you to the bottom of the conversation. Scroll-down indicator hides at bottom. Keyboard handling fixed on Android.
