YOUR THRESHOLD, YOUR WAY
Your pacing threshold now spans +13 to +50 above your resting heart rate — wide enough for people whose upright heart rate naturally runs higher than average.

Set it from your iPhone, or directly on your Apple Watch by turning the digital crown. No menus, no extra screens. Spin to your number and it saves.

CoPace never overwrites what you set. We show our recommendation right beside your threshold, with a one-tap button if you want to use ours. The choice is always yours.

In Manual, our recommendation stays at the conservative +15 starting point. In Adaptive (Pro), it learns from your evening heck-ins and refines over time.

RECOMMENDATIONS THAT LEARN FROM YOUR WEEK
Our recommendation now picks up on patterns over the last seven days. A run of low-energy evenings shifts the recommended threshold more decisively, and signals from two days back factor in too. When recent check-ins suggest your threshold may be sitting higher than what's been working for you lately, the Threshold card surfaces a clear note. As always, we never change your number for you.
