Pear.Us Venue

Pear.Us Venue is a staff-operated iPhone app for event organizers and authorized venue staff to manage live event entry, check-ins, and on-site sales. With Pear.Us Venue, staff can:
• Access events securely using staff access codes
• Scan tickets and check in guests at the door
• Search guests and orders during day-of operations
• Sell tickets, event items, and eligible catalog items on-site
• Accept supported in-person payment methods, including Tap to Pay on iPhone
• Collect customer tips for products with tipping enabled
• Use on-site sales with or without an event, where enabled by the organizer

Pear.Us Venue supports staff roles, including Operator and Admin. Admin staff can manage event operations and update ticket pricing and inventory when authorized.

Pear.Us acts as the merchant of record for transactions processed through the app. Payments are processed through Stripe, including Tap to Pay on iPhone where supported.

The app is designed for operational use by event teams and authorized staff. Staff access is provisioned by event organizers through the Pear.Us website and is limited to approved personnel. Pear.Us Venue is not intended for personal or consumer use. End customers do not create accounts or log in to the app.
