What's new (v1.4.0)
New: reps in reserve. Log how many reps you left in the tank at the end of a set, and your next session uses it — more in reserve means a heavier target, fewer means you hold.
New: Ask Coach receipts. Every answer now shows the exact numbers behind it, so you can check the why, not just the what. Plus multiline questions and faster follow-ups.
New: rebuilt program builder. Volume is allocated up front to hit each muscle's target, days are ordered by training priority, and top-ups stay on-theme instead of bolting on a random set.
Coach is sharper: tap any muscle to see its full breakdown, weekly check-ins now live in Coach, and observations link straight to the session history behind them.
