NEW FEATURES:
• Fleet Tracking - Track multiple aircraft with tail numbers and PR/BPO times
• Aircraft-specific intervals (C-17 → 144hr, C-5 → 14-day, etc.)
• Custom aircraft types - add your own airframes if not pre-configured
• 144hr/6-day PR/BPO interval added

• Julian date calendar now correct across DST transitions and all timezones
• Fixed visual bugs in Add Aircraft dialog
